Terms of Service

By accessing or using Drazill ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Drazill Inc., a corporation incorporated under the laws of Canada ("Drazill," "we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

To use the Platform, you must: • Be at least 19 years of age (or the age of majority in your province/territory) • Be a resident of Canada • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement • Not be prohibited from using prediction markets under applicable law • Not be located in a jurisdiction where prediction markets are prohibited We reserve the right to verify your identity and eligibility at any time. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. When you create an account, you agree to: • Provide accurate and complete registration information • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account • Not create multiple accounts or share your account with others We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided proves to be inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, or if we suspect any fraudulent activity.

When trading on the Platform, you agree to: • Only trade with funds you can afford to lose • Not engage in any form of market manipulation • Not use automated trading systems without prior authorization • Not collude with other users to manipulate market prices • Accept that all trades are final once executed We employ automated market makers and order matching systems. All trades are executed at the best available price at the time of execution. We do not guarantee execution of any order at any particular price. Position limits may apply to certain markets. We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time without prior notice.

You may fund your account using approved payment methods. All deposits are subject to: • Verification of the payment source • Applicable deposit limits • Processing times that vary by payment method Withdrawals are processed according to our standard procedures and may require additional verification. We reserve the right to: • Delay or refuse withdrawals pending verification • Require additional documentation to verify your identity • Report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities All funds are held in segregated accounts with licensed Canadian financial institutions.

Each market on the Platform has defined resolution criteria. Markets are resolved based on: • Official sources specified in the market description • Our determination of the outcome based on available evidence • A resolution timeline specified for each market In the event of a dispute regarding market resolution, our decision is final. We may, at our sole discretion: • Delay resolution pending additional information • Void a market and refund all participants • Resolve a market based on our interpretation of events Payouts are processed automatically upon resolution. Winning shares pay out $1.00 per share, minus applicable fees.

We charge a 2% fee on winning trades. This fee is deducted automatically from your payout upon market resolution. No fees are charged for: • Deposits • Withdrawals • Account maintenance • Losing trades We reserve the right to modify our fee structure at any time with 30 days' notice to active users.

You agree not to: • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose • Attempt to manipulate markets or prices • Engage in wash trading or self-dealing • Use bots or automated systems without authorization • Circumvent any security measures • Create markets or content that is defamatory, obscene, or illegal • Impersonate any person or entity • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Drazill or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not: • Copy, modify, or distribute any content from the Platform • Reverse engineer any software or systems • Use any data mining or scraping techniques • Use our trademarks without prior written permission

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DRAZILL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL DRAZILL BE LIABLE FOR: • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages • Loss of profits, data, or goodwill • Trading losses or missed opportunities • Actions of third parties Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you to Drazill in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Drazill, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from: • Your use of the Platform • Your violation of these Terms • Your violation of any rights of a third party • Your trading activities

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1991 (Ontario). You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
