By accessing this website, joining the waitlist, or participating in the promotional contest, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website. Drazill is currently a waitlist and informational website. No trading, deposits, event contracts, securities, derivatives, gaming products, or investment services are offered through this website.

Waitlist registration lets us collect interest in a future forecast-market experience. Joining the waitlist does not create an account, guarantee access, reserve a product right, or mean that any product is available. Any future availability will depend on applicable regulatory authorization and requirements.

The $100 CAD number challenge is a promotional contest separate from any future product. No purchase is necessary. Full contest rules apply, including eligibility requirements, odds disclosures, and any required skill-testing question. The contest does not involve trading, deposits, event contracts, or investment activity.

If you choose to receive early-access updates, you consent to receiving product-related commercial electronic messages from Drazill. You can unsubscribe anytime. We may still send non-promotional messages needed to administer your waitlist registration or contest entry.

You agree not to submit false information, abuse the waitlist or contest flow, use bots or automated submissions, interfere with website operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

The website, text, visuals, interface elements, and software are owned by Drazill or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, scrape, or redistribute website content except as permitted by law or with written permission.

The website is provided "as is" and for waitlist, informational, and promotional contest purposes only. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drazill disclaims warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Drazill is currently a waitlist and informational website. No trading, deposits, or real-money products are offered here today. If and when real-money prediction markets become available, they will carry risk — including the risk of losing the full amount you commit to a position. A complete, legally reviewed risk disclosure will be presented and must be accepted before any real-money trading. Joining the waitlist or accepting these Terms is not that disclosure.

Any future real-money product will be available only to eligible users located in supported Canadian provinces, subject to identity and location verification and applicable regulatory authorization. It will not be available where prohibited by law. The final list of eligible provinces and eligibility criteria will be confirmed before launch.
